Therese Hetherington has been volunteering as a cashier in the coffee shop at the Riverside Campus of The Ottawa Hospital since 1991. Kind and thoughtful, she brightens people’s days with her outstanding customer service, and serves as a mentor to new volunteers, encouraging them to give back to the community. She also volunteers at the Hylands Golf Club.
