Dennis Thain, affectionately known to many as “Chippy” for his positive outlook on life, has been volunteering with the Royal Canadian Legion and the Fire Fighters Association of Ontario (FFAO) for over 40 years. He has organized memorial events for fallen firefighters, and preserves the FFAO’s history through its memorabilia.
