This former newspaper executive now devotes a greater part of his time and talents to his long- standing interest in Third World development. He is the man behind CARE Canada's "Tools for Development" project, which encourages Canadian businesspeople to donate used industrial equipment to small-scale entrepreneurs in Latin America.
