Former chairperson of the Canada Museums Construction Corporation, she has contributed greatly to Canada's artistic and cultural life. Her curatorial activities have once again centred upon the works of Degas and Picasso, and her masterful exhibition, Still Lifes by Picasso, mounted for the Cleveland Museum, has recently been sent to Europe. In addition to her successful museum career, she has shared her expertise in the arts through her teaching in both the United States and Canada. This is a promotion within the Order.
