For more than thirty years the mountains of Nepal have been her home and the people of Nepal, her family. As a medical missionary in a remote village, accessible only by footpaths, she founded a hospital, encouraged community health and literacy programs, especially for women, and brought healing and hope to thousands of Nepalese. Utterly dedicated to her calling, she is an inspiration to Canadians and to people everywhere.
