      An editorial cartoonist for the Québec City newspaper Le Soleil, for over thirty-three years and a former professor at the École des beaux-arts de Québec and at Laval University, he has displayed great skill, keen sensitivity and sharp wit. In addition to his cartoons, he is renowned for his sculptures, particularly the W.L. Mackenzie-King monument in Ottawa and the statue of Champlain at the Parliament Buildings in Québec City.
