She has had an immeasurable influence on the education of thousands of girls in Quebec as both director of studies and superior of the Vieux Monastère in Quebec City and as superior of the Roberval and Stanstead Ursulines convents. Although she has passed retirement age, this eminent teacher continues to play a very active role in her community, working, among other things, on the preparation of a study of Marie de l'Incarnation, founder of the Quebec Ursulines, to mark the 350th anniversary of their arrival in New France.
