A distinguished member of the Armed Forces, as well as a curator and archivist, this expert in military history initiated many projects at the Musée de La Citadelle, one of which involved collecting medals awarded to members of the Royal 22e Régiment. He made an exceptional contribution to the creation of this museum, which is now internationally renowned.
