Prosthetist and Co-ordinator of Research and Development at the Rehabilitation Institute of Montreal, he specializes in developing artificial limbs for use in sports as well as prostheses to improve mobility, such as the "flex foot" and a modular prosthesis which adjusts to normal growth. Through his ingenuity, he has made an enormous contribution to the quality of amputees' lives.
