Guided by her philosophy that the best in art and artists should be accessible to Canadian communities regardless of their size, this former Executive Director of the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils helped to develop it into one of the strongest networks of its kind in the country. Due in large part to her foresight, enthusiasm and energetic efforts, the people of rural Saskatchewan are able to enjoy top quality music, dance, theatre and fine arts.
