Living proof of the slogan "Cancer can be beaten", this former wrestler turned ostomy therapist has made a remarkable contribution to the para-medical support of those who have undergone ileostomies and colostomies by offering them encouragement during visits in the hospital and at home and by twice serving as President of the Ileostomy and Colostomy Association of Montreal, an organization sponsored by the Canadian Cancer Society which aids in the rehabilitation of those who have undergone this procedure.
