As a McGill University professor and clinician, she is recognized internationally for her work in pediatric radiation oncology, a highly specialized and challenging field. She is also a renowned educator and administrator who has dedicated herself to improving cancer care in Quebec and across Canada. As the long-serving chair of McGill’s Radiation Oncology department, she played a key role in its establishment as a global leader and influencer in the field.
