An agricultural administrator now living at Mount Lehman, British Columbia. Before his retirement he held important posts in Canadian government agencies dealing with land use. From 1974 to 1980 he was leader of an adaptive wheat research programme designed to help the people of Tanzania to become self-reliant in agriculture.
