This prominent Winnipeg lawyer has held executive positions with both the Manitoba and Canadian Bar Associations, and served as Special Commissioner inquiring into Lotteries and Gambling in Manitoba in 1979. At the community level he has distinguished himself as the dedicated President of the Winnipeg Humane Society, United Way and Chamber of Commerce, as well as of the Canadian Foundation on Alcohol and Drug Dependencies, of which he is a Life Member.
