While deployed, Warrant Officer Beliveau was responsible for overseeing the provision of medical services for the task force. Demonstrating exceptional expertise and professionalism during the host nation campaigns, he was responsible for the treatment of hundreds of casualties. His expert planning and treatment of these casualties went beyond the call of duty and brought honour to Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces.
