On November 25, 2010, Daniel Henri came to his father's aid following an accident, in Lac-Sainte-Marie, Quebec. The victim had mistakenly poured gasoline instead of diesel fuel to start a small fire, which ignited violently and caused the container to explode in his hands. Mr. Henri made his father roll on the ground to extinguish the fire which kept reigniting. Despite the burns on his hands, Mr. Henri was able to smother the flames and save his father's life.
