As Commander-in-Chief of Canada, Governor General Mary Simon presented scrolls to newly appointed General Officers and Flag Officers (GOFO), at the National Defence Headquarters Carling.
GOFO scrolls are issued to new officers who achieve the rank of Brigadier General or Commodore, within the Canadian Armed Forces.
