On November 8, 2012, Daniel Thibeault rescued his neighbour from a burning house in Edwards, Ontario. Mr. Thibeault kicked open the front door and located the disoriented victim in the living room. Despite the heat, smoke and rapidly spreading flames, Mr. Thibeault managed to get the man safely outside.
