His Excellency Whit Fraser attended a hockey game at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa between the U13 AAA Ottawa Myers and Team Ukraine. The friendly game was organized as part of the opening ceremony of the 23rd annual Bell Capital Cup, in which both teams competed. Prior to the game, he was joined by Her Excellency Yuliya Kovaliv, Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, and Mr. Murray MacDonald, Senior Director of Public Affairs at Bell Canada, for the ceremonial puck drop.
