The Governor General welcomed members of the public to her second official residence at the Citadelle of Québec for a doors open event.
Families enjoyed an afternoon of fun-filled activities, all while exploring the governor general’s residence at the Citadelle. The theme of this year’s doors open event was “active living”. Guests were able to take part in a boot camp, an obstacle course, a judo demonstration, a FitBreak or a yoga session. Healthy snacks were provided. Visitors were also able to explore the residence’s State rooms and get tips from the Governor General’s hospitality experts on how to receive guests for special occasions.
