Governor General to Attend the Ottawa Conference on Combating Antisemitism
OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will deliver remarks during the opening reception of the Ottawa Conference on Combating Antisemitism on Sunday, November 7, 2010, at 6:30 p.m., at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum.
The Ottawa Conference will assemble parliamentarians from around the world who have an active interest or involvement in fighting anti-Semitism, racism and all forms of intolerance. Its purpose is to share knowledge, best practices and recommendations.
The conference is hosted by the Inter-parliamentary Coalition for Combating Antisemitism in partnership with Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
